WHAT IS OUR
FIRM'S STORY
Our journey began with our founder, Vladimir Bourov. Born in the former Soviet Union, Vladimir's journey took him to Spain in 1995, where he pursued his education in Social Science, laying the foundation for his future endeavours.
2012
2012 marked a pivotal moment as Vladimir joined the French Foreign Legion, igniting his path of Servant Leadership. From serving as a Sniper to becoming a Commando Instructor and excelling as a Combat Group Leader, Vladimir honed leadership skills in some of the world's most challenging environments.
2018
After retiring as a veteran, Vladimir embraced a new chapter, drawing profound inspiration from his military experiences. These experiences and his spouse’s unwavering support led him to blend alternative psychology with his passion for positively influencing humanity, shaping his unique leadership vision.
2020
Armed with certifications as a Master Practitioner in Life Coaching, Counselling, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Vladimir voluntarily assisted civilians and military personnel in navigating life's trials and discovering their genuine sense.
2022
With nearly a decade of Servant Leadership, extensive social science and psychology knowledge, and a wealth of business education from Harvard Business School and ESSEC Business School, Vladimir laid the foundations of our Business Development Services Firm. Word of his impactful work quickly spread, earning him an esteemed reputation in the business world.
2024
Today, we proudly stand with over 10,000 individuals influenced globally and have nurtured over 300 business leaders across three continents. Our vision extends to ambitious global improvements, and we invite you to be part of this transformative journey.
